A Mandela Day campaign to help boost your BEE scorecard, save on PAYE, and transform our country.

Do good, and do well.

To commemorate Mandela Day, The Knowledge Trust in association with the BPO Skills Academy aims to enrol 67,000 young South Africans into a 30-day programme to grow their mindset and increase their employability.

The programme will be delivered on WhatsApp and the best participants will get access to jobs, learnerships, and bursaries.

How we can help

Learnerships help build talent pipelines and are also great tools to improve your BEE scorecard. They close the income gap, skills gap, and experience gap.

We’ll help you choose the right training provider, recruit the best talent and find a host employer if you can’t host the talent yourself.

100% of your learnerships spend will contribute to your BEE scorecard targets.
