“Early Childhood Development Programmes offered by the Centre for Creative Education are based on Waldorf Education which is a world-wide educational movement. Waldorf Education is represented across the globe with approximately 1 000 schools and nearly 2 000 early childhood programmes across the countries, including 24 Waldorf Schools and Waldorf-based initiatives in South Africa.
Courses include:
● A detailed knowledge of children and their development, so that you can fully meet their needs through creative and holistic teaching.
● Daily and seasonal activities for children to guide and enhance their development.
● Art, Story-telling, Story-making, Music, Movement, Games, Handwork, Craft and more.
The Centre is an accredited provider of Higher Education, registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (cert. 2000/HE08/003). This includes the Higher Certificate in Early Childhood Development (Level 5).
The Certificate in Early Childhood Development (Level 4) is offered with accreditation by the ETDP-SETA, which is also the certifying body.”
