This course is designed for anyone who seeks to understand what the Employment Equity Act of 1998 states on the aspects that seek to help “normalize” the workplace after the wrongs of the apartheid past. The course is presented in a manner that seeks to simplify the often misunderstood concepts without watering down the main aim of the law.
