Join Our Team
We are on the lookout for a super organised, confident administrator to join our team. You need to be detail orientated, love all things content related and have a meticulous eye for detail.

You will work closely with our team of Producers and the Executive Business Director ensuring that all work produced is crafted to the highest industry standards.
You will:
- Work collaboratively with the Producers and the Executive Business Director, building trust and respect, to provide admin support on projects
- Effectively manage time and be responsible towards deadlines
- Adhere to Fuelcontent’s processes and standards
- Processing credit card expenses and assisting with claims in a timely manner
- Foster clear and concise communication among all necessary partiesÂ
- Work collaboratively with other admins across finance and HRÂ
- Load new suppliers and clients as per company guidelines
- Ensure supplier invoices are processed and paidÂ
- Loading contracts to the system
- Maintain the usage calendar
- Follow-up on purchase orders and paymentsÂ
- Updating production finance informationÂ
- Manage project back-up filing systemÂ
- Occasional lunch or event planning
- Arranging travel both domestically and internationally
You have:
- Ability to handle a very active desk supporting numerous, simultaneous projects
- At least 1 years' industry experience
- Experience working with a creative team
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using Microsoft products
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to maintain good relationships with team members
- The ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
- Comfortable with technology for meetings and remote working
- Flexibility to handle rapid and frequent change and interest in taking on new tasks as they come up
