What’s The Story?

The Learner Absorption Program (LAP) is a paid 12 month program aimed to support you through the 12 months of any Funded Learning Program like a learnership or bursary with a stipend.

The program includes activities like:

Masterclasses
Psycho-social support with a counsellor
Human support with our Member Success team
Monthly health check surveys to ensure your mental health and career-specific content that helps you gain knowledge about your chosen field of work/study.

All of these activities are designed to offer you well-rounded support throughout your learnership to improve your chances of receiving permanent employment at the end of your education.

The program is worth R499 but you will only pay R99 a month PLUS up to double your premiums back when you commit to all 12 months of the program and all the activities!
