About Rentoza
Rentoza is an online marketplace that lets consumers and businesses rent devices such as laptops, phones, washing machines and more. They are a team of 30 people based in JHB and they are growing rapidly.
How the programme works
Rentoza is building their teams from the ground up by recruiting young people, training them in partnership with TSIBA, and giving them a roadmap to becoming a team leader or a manager.
For the first 3 months, you’ll join a generic programme and work across the organisation. If you pass the 3-month trial period, you will be put onto the Business Administration Learnership with TSIBA and placed into one of the below teams.

- Payments Agents
- Insurance Agents
- Support Agents
- Procurement Agents
- Logistics Agents

TSIBA is a development academy that specialises in vocational training and business development. They are highly regarded as one of the top training providers in South Africa.
The qualification
This is an NQF 4 qualification and is directed at building service excellence in business administration across all sectors. The core component of the qualification offers the learner knowledge and skills in Business writing, problem-solving, ethics, management of records and more. You’ll learn almost everything you need to understand the inner working of a business.This qualification works toward sound entry-level business understanding and critical thinking in the workplace. Qualifying learners could follow a career in Financial and Banking Administration, Reception and Executive Assistant services, Project Coordination and many others.
