How can you get involved?

Learnerships help build talent pipelines and are also great tools to improve your BEE scorecard. They close the income gap, skills gap, and experience gap.

Red & Yellow Creative School of Business is an ideal strategic training provider for learnerships. We will recruit the best talent and find a host employer if you can’t host the talent yourself.

100% of your learnerships spend will contribute to your BEE scorecard targets.
