We specialize in commercial, industrial, retail and residential property disposals on both auction and private treaty platforms.

Looking for experienced commercial, industrial and residential Property Practitioners to join our dynamic team at one of South Africa’s leading auction companies.

Our focus is not only on the sale of the property, but on providing effective and efficient service, accurate information, and innovative solutions to both buyers and sellers.
We offer unmatched expertise in the property sector, and our experienced team is, driven, and results focused.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Canvas new and existing property sellers and buyers
- Assisting with property inspections, assessments, and sales
- Manage property auctions and sales
- Present purchase offers to sellers
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Follow up on seller and buyer leads
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4
- Well-presented and well-spoken as you will be dealing with high-net worth clients
- Computer literate and has Excel experience
- Goal and sales driven
- Own transport
- Cellphone
- Self-discipline
- People skills
- Good communication skills
- Ambitious
- Hard working
